When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in right after paperwork and payment are received.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) for each person responsible for the storage lease.

You will also need your vehicle tag number for each vehicle that you may use to access your storage.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, firearms, and ammunition. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24-hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 14-day notice before you move out.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Sorry, we do not offer handcarts or dollies.

Do you supply locks?

No, we do not supply locks. We highly recommend using a circle lock for your storage. These locks are much more secure and cannot be easily cut.

What are your operating hours?

Our facility offers 24-hour access to your storage unit, allowing you to access your belongings any time, day or night. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

Payments / Fees

What form of payments do you accept?

All payments are made online using our tenant portal. You can set up payments with credit, debit or ACH (Bank Account). We also offer auto draft payments.

We do not accept cash.

What if I can't access my online portal for payment?

Contact us if you are having trouble with online payments. If you need to drop a payment by, we only accept money orders in our office.

What are your fees?

We charge a non-refundable $10 application fee, per person. Our deposit is $25 per storage unit.

The deposit is refundable at move out as long as proper notice is give, and the unit is cleaned out and swept.
